I JUST SUMMONED HIM!!!! Im so happy! i was sitting on the bus and did a random pull on last weekends ancient summoning event. It took me a min to realize what was happening. i thought i didnt get anything and was watching some video but it was his intro standing on top of that hill. HE IS AMAZING!!! Ill play WOR forever now!!

I think the Arbiters are supposed to be the emptiome of "power corrupts". They started with good intentions. We need a restore cost legendary for these guys. Altough, such a hero would probably make the Arbiters too powerful at the moment. Thanks for the video, it was enlightening!

Yes. So far I think all the arbiter heroes are very strong in their respective classes. And yes they do all have higher cost. Right now Arbiters has no single target damage fighters or archers. In the video of Praetus, there's a female fighter looking hero on the left of him, I'm excited to see what she will bring to the faction. Thanks for watching the video!

Is he good without other arbiter(in single target arena). I’m kind of new and just pulled him today and don’t have any other arbiters.

Without arbiter he’s still usable in arena but not as strong since his lord skill damage trigger amount is dependent on the number of arbiters in the team (even if they’re not placed in the field) so to maximize his lord skill you’d want to at least 3 arbiters heroes to make his lord skill damage good.

I have questions 1. Does dolores inspiration stack with constance inspiration? 2. If you have Eunomia, would you replace Dolores with her? Because more arbiter means more damage from divinity, right? Any recommend on this?

1. No inspiration doesn't stack. 2. Eunomia is one of the best healers since she has bounced heal with big healing amount. and her ult gives atk speed buff and it's permanent after 2 ults. HOWEVER, Dolores is the best inspiration hero in the game for guild boss she is instrumental because a. she gives out insane inspiration with A1. b. and at A5 80% chance after her ult she will immediately recover 300 rage, making her the best hero to achieve insane boss damage.

@@runescape9812 oh sorry haha. yes. you can use eunomia instead of dolores in single target arena since you already have constance. Right now my single target arena lineup is Praetus, Thallen, Eunomia, Constance and Cyrene

He is not very good in AoE arena. The current AoE arena meta are eso team with boreas and northerner team with Edlrr and gwendolyn
