Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts.
The problem is we always associate bacteira as germs that cause diseases.
However we have to understand that our own body is kept healthy by a balance of these bacteria, both good and bad.
So what then are Probiotics?

Thanks Doc. We use yogurt and eat kimchi a lot. Good to know this has plenty of probiotics so there’s no need to drink extra supplements of probiotics.

yes maam in fact probiotics are good sources of good bacteria to fight Hnpylori infection causing ulcer
