Im sure I would be a fatter person if I ate the recommended amount of dark chocolate. Love 90% cocoa liqueur bars, but they definitely widen me, even without any refined carbs/low carb diet. 😕

Post meal Soleus pushus are really good too for seated sedentary diabetics who are struggling to manage blood sugar spikes but are unable to walk by choice or necessuty . Research supports this. Back squat has also been found to be the most effective at lowering high blood pressure and on par with blood pressure meds. Dr Gik Carvalho has posted a reallly good research based assessement of this.

Yes and if you shower in warm water and when your finished rinse off from head to toe in cold water for a minute before you get put and its excellent for your skin and hair locks your moisture in closes your pores etc also is said to reset something i don't recall what however lol
