Prostitutes are blemish on society that they are immoral lazy lots that in no way prostitutes can call their act to a work or can try to call their sly act a work.Govt should not allow such titles to their mean act because a work is dignified by nature.Prostitutes without work try to attain livelihood and some of them even amass wealth in that sly way. Govt. must see prostitution is connected to mean activities and crimes too. Govt. Should see it's many sides including the statistics of the respectful families ruined by connection to prostitution. Ma'am in my opinion and according to recent Supreme Court judgement prostitution is not illegal but in a way it is also not legal because Immoral trafficking Act in a certain way prohibit certain acts relating to prostitute. It is not supporting prostitution in any way. Just to safeguard the rights of prostitutes it was declared not illegal but we still don't have any specific provisions or procedure to legalize prostitution. And ever after endless of arguments it will be very difficult to legalize prostitution in India where it is seen as a taboo.

From what you have described, it's obvious that PROSTITUTION IS ILLEGAL IN INDIA. When activities related to prostitution are illegal, it's safe to draw conclusion that prostitution is illegal. If a female indulges into act of prostitution without charging any fees, it can't be termed prostitution and in that case it's just an exercise of fundamental individual right of choice/freedom. But, Law stipulates that living on earning from prostitution is illegal. A female prostitute obviously provides sexual gratification only in lieu of money/fees. Therefore, it would be legally speaking correct to say that PROSTITUTION IS ILLEGAL IN INDIA.

I can't admire this slavery, organ trafficking, human trafficking etc run under the nose of these so called thekedaar's of our society.. because somehow they are also consumers and benefit from these people's misery.
