We use the pull out method mixed with the IUD just to be safe. The IUD can apparently move to the wrong place during period cramps?? I already got it adjusted once since my doctor let me know it can move and scanned me and it was in the wrong place and had moved again. Just can’t feel safe with an IUD knowing that when they scanned be after having in for 4 months it was in the wrong place again
