He's talking about the more formidable RSA hashing system for the entire ledger but what about hacking satoshi's or some other abandoned whale's ECC private key? They would be able to make transactions on the post quantum ledger wouldn't they?

Sorry to let Charles know he was wrong as IT"s not as easy as he expect, because there's only one sutiable algorithm selected from NIST which is best suitable for blockchain and cryptocurrencies in long-term secure stable requirements, and it's quite hard to upgrade the algorithm per our best knowledge.
