He is absolutely what they need. Someone who knows how to create systems between the first team and academy. His talent production is world class. The long term game is getting better quality players than everyone else. He is the long term appointment they need after so many short term fixes

A one hit wonder . And with similarities in all the clubs he managed namely…. disagreement with owners on a continuous basis , getting fired after less than 2 years and pocketing millions for staying home , … And mentality of a disgruntled 8 year old schoolboy .

chelsea won the ucl only conceding 4 goals the entire campaign, he was brilliant at chelsea but horror everywhere else

@@rascalov9276 he joined only in January . Half of the work done . Albeit the easier work . Tuechel has an attention span of 6 months . After that , the trouble starts , everywhere . His second season at Chelsea was chaotic , he had no idea how to let his team play . Results started to spiral down quickly . A Chelsea player once said that he (TT) brought his girlfriend into the dressing room. Not literally of course but he was going to a messy divorce and all the issues of that divorce started to impact the dressing room . His behavior was , at times , dramatic , bordering childish . At one point he wanted more responsibility in the club. He got that after Abramovich was forced to leave . Then TT complained he had too much to do. He is average at best . A drama Queen . Clubs will see right through him now because he has little to show for . He won’t be signing high value contracts anymore . These contracts guarantee a hefty pay out once owners are tired of him . At Bayern , the frustration of owners and top management started about 3 months in the job . Almost every assignment , the problems start earlier . There is a pattern .
