Is Recommending Smaller BVMs During Cardiac Arrest a Bad Idea?

Hi! I saw the same paper on december 2023 and was not bad idea at all, perhaps in other situations as an intubated patients when you are transitioning from bvm to ventilator. Not exclusive in mega megacode.

Not sure I understand your statement…can you clarify what you mean? Do you mean ok to use small adult BVM while transitioning to ventilator and not during the initial resuscitation of a cardiac arrest?
