Is Rising Dragon too OP?

I think one of the reasons Kai got put in nether space was so the villains could put up more of a fight and I agree that all the wolf mask warriors should know shatterspin so our heroes will be suprised

Rising dragon seems kinda weak, especially if Nokt was ACTUALLY rusty. Lloyd would be upgraded regardless. He’s basically the descendant of God. Both sides of the balance with all these other feats, but ooooo plot convenience :/ Maybe there’s more to rising dragon they haven’t revealed yet 😁
