WOW - I hadn't gotten any pulls that mattered in ages but then Arctic World and I got in 3 days: Dōman, Summer Ibuki AND Summer Skadi! Wow is the word! They are all excellent and I used all my saved ascension materials to get them at max level asap. It was worth the wait!

Used 1080SQ and 50+ tickets got a second Summer BB and Summer Musashi, NP 3 Gareth, Lady Avalon, around 8 regular SR and SSRs, NP3 Summer Wu, and NO Summer Skadi. When I was a noob I got regular Skadi for only 3 tickets though.

I do hope she’s worth it. I ended up having to do 30 multis to get her as a pity. And just to add insult to injury I only got Summer Wu Zetian to NP2 in the course of these rolls (though I did get an Enkidu, an Anastasia and a few random SRs thrown in as well). With this coming on top of the horrific amount of SQ I wasted trying, and failing, to get each of Summer Ibuki and Arcueid to NP2 I’ve just suffered my personal worst run of bad luck Iin FGO since I started playing. I do hope no one else good is due in the near future as I’m going to I need to stop rolling for a while.

Spent 150 when I got home from work for Skadi, got nothing except Wu. Then I woke up and my first 11 pull and first summon she showed up. Honestly, if you use Quick, then pull for Summer Skadi. If you don’t have normal Skadi, then Ruler Skadi can fill that role. If you already have Skadi, then S Skadi is really nice. Especially since there are certain CQ where you can’t run duplicates of the same servant.

Summer Skadi is a great servant, unfortunately she is stuck to the weakest card type (quick), and even though she did improve the quick meta it still lacks behind the other 2 card types, so to me she's not a must summon, unless you have specific quick units that you want for farming, and even though they been releasing good quick units, for every good quick unit they tend to release 5 buster/arts units that tend to do the job better...

I've probably spent 400+ SQ rolling for Skadi in the past, and have chosen her banner for every GSSR since I started in 2023. I still have 0 copies. I got Ruler Skadi within three multis (even if the first two were min-rolls). Unfortunately, I have like *no* QP after finally getting Castoria to 10/10/10 and getting my NP2 Arc up to 100% battery, so it'll be a while before I can use her. I'm probably not getting Ibuki, though - but I *just* got Musashi, so it balances out imo.

Didn't roll at all on summer until skadi dropped cuz shes the only one I wanted. With 600q saved, skadi came in like 3 multis. Went over to the ibuki banner to try and get an Erice, np 2 ibuki in 2 multis but no 4 star so i spammed tickets till I got her. Lastly i tried the lady avalon banner a couple times but only got Gareth. I stopped around 250 Quartz cuz i must save for kukulkahn

I was really lucky this summer. I had like 600SQ and was expecting a Skadi and maybe an Avalon. I got both of them, and wu, Douman, and from my last 30 quartz got Ibuki and triple Erice. Plus a pair of spooks in Bradamante and Lakshmibai. I'm glad I just didn't end up having to choose because this year is cracked.

Burned through the rest of my ~300 SQ savings, had to whale a pack, and when that wasn't enough, I turned to free quest farming, but she came home in the end. Damage was somewhere between 510-540 SQ, which was pretty bad, but at least it wasn't pity, and I got really lucky on my S. Ibuki rolls, so I kind of expected S. Skadi to be difficult. I'm just relieved that I get to chill on rolling for the pretty far foreseeable future. Might try a little bit for NP upgrades for Gogh and Melu later this year, but I'm not gonna lose sleep if I don't get them, and the only new servants I really want next year are Draco, Tonelico, and maybe Morgan since I've skipped all her banners thus far. Other than that, mostly gonna be focusing on NP upgrades for my big damage dealers, farmers, and personal favorites.

Quick is perfectly loopable in 3/3/3 nodes with plugsuit castoria and starting charge with whatever quick oriented servant you choose. It has it's merits for sure.

I'll turn to youtube comments for help. The best source for decision making advice. I literally just started playing a week ago. I got Lady Avalon in 10 pulls, no Beeg Swimsuit Oni in 20 pulls, and no Skadi in 10 pulls. Based on what I've been seeing and hearing, I should cut any further loses and start saving. Since Skadi is great but probably wants to work with specific characters that I would also need to manage to pull. Just focus on building around the Lady Avalon I got?

probably accurate. under the assumption that you have no other major support servants, save for a castoria banner later this year-approx late November-because she is unironically the best servant in the game, she allows for many difficult fights to be trivial and enables arts looping (an easy way to farm nodes). xu fu and a support castoria, especially with a plugsuit merlina, can be another way to arts loop, but having your own castoria is really critical in fights. that said, if you love the look of a servant, that's arguably more important. servants in the game are so varied that you can beat everything with low rarity servants and good planning (and, sometimes, good RNG). in sum: save for castoria in november/december; if you love someone, that might be more important!!!

Like all damage dealers the more NP you get the bigger the damage output simple as that. But for people Summer Skadi isn't that great, if you already have a ruler. for those who don't have a ruler yet, Summer Skadi is the best Ruler cause of the damage output 600% AOE. (even if her attack is low) cause she is a ruler, she takes only 50% damage from every class aside Avenger and Berserker, so basically it is a Damage tank. I hit pitty on her, cause I refuse to quit :P and ain't even using her. no use having a NP1 Summer Skadi, when I have better NP AOE damage dealers.

Ruler Skadi is essentially them replacing castor skadi. that much is obvious while you can run them together in a triple skadi system oberon is just way better for the system with how well he works with black grail. I do like the idea of their being other options besides castor skadi. I hope they do something like this for buster and arts so if you dont have castoria and koyanskaya you can at least have another unit that can help with arts and buster looping

Out of the 1100+ or so quartz I started with. I am down to 215 but I have at least one of every summer servant. I got multiple other four and five stars to boost np levels but in total I got 4 wus, Two Avalon, one ibuki, three erice, one skadi, and one gareth. I also got 2 arches from the anni, and thats not counting the other sr’s and gssr’s that spooked me, both the servant and craft essence variety. Overall, a good haul considering the 1% odds and the fact i didn’t hit pity once, but my quartz stockpile is decimated. Im not looking forward restocking, but at least i have it under control now, unlike 1-2 years ago. Another plus, until kukul comes out, there’s no other servants i plan on spending more than three 11 pulls on.

She’s great. Ruler Skadi + Caster Skadi and Dantes can roll through most of the event. I swap Dantes with a teammates Okita and have her roll through the lancer node on the top tower

Managed to get all SSR at NP1, plus NP2 Erice and NP3 Gareth (no Wu, but I don't really like her, so whatevs). Took all my SQ, but I should be able to save enough for Draco next year. As for Skadi, what's not to like? All her Ascensions are fantastic, she lets me use Charlie and Caren at full power, she's awesome!

4 Tickets and 1 multi and I got both. As a whole I had some real good luck on these banners. Lady Avalon and Summer Gareth in 10 tickets and 2 multis, and Summer Ibuki NP2 and Summer Erice NP5 in 50 Tickets and 450 Quartz. Only 2 SR spooks (Rama and somehow, a Yan Qing Spook away from his banner). Never got the Koyansakya CE, but honestly, I don't care about that, it looked like a waste of points on a team anyway.

NP1 is enough, NP2 is if you want to use her to be your quick looper. She can do it but is not great, wouldn't recommend

NP1 like with Koyan Light for Buster teams is enough if you just care about their support application. You get more NP levels if you want them to fill a damage dealing role as well which isn’t really as needed

Rolling 720 sqs and getting only 1 summer musashi is basically a binding vow allowing me to get summer skadi and Lady Avalon in 1 multi each. 😂 Now I'm farming for sqs to see if I can get summer Erice as well.
