Hey man, great video. I believe your dyno # should be around 360, hope its higher. Be careful, I owned one in the past, ended up with a lot of mis fires. you are taking the right steps, so keep it up. Take it easy

I have a 2020 ecoboost premium, CVF Street intercooler, cvf charge pipes, tial 50mm bov, roush cold air intake, Cobb access port, straight piped with stock cat (for now), and currently working on my 91 octane tune with Ryan. Would love to go e30 but unfortunately where I live the best fuel I have access to regularly is 91. Thanks for the great content!

Forgot about the ngk iridium spark plugs also! Really excited to see how the pro tune and transmission recalibration wake up the car and how many people I can piss off with the burble tune lol

Love your set up, but I was wondering how hard it was to get the car remote tuned? is it a hassle having to data log things?

It was actually really pretty easy. PD tuning does a great job with the tunes and have good customer service too. The data logs weren’t to bad, just need an open stretch of road

You’ll notice a huge difference if you decide to go with the Nx-2. I’m currently running a full bolt on eco with a cv fab race intercooler, cv fab down pipe, Mbrp race exhaust, turbo smart waste gate and bov, etc. once the pd tune was finished on e-30 it made a significant difference over the stock turbo on e-30. It’s definitely worth the money.

Hey man i really like your build i have a ecoboost high performance with roush comd air intake, bbk catted downpipe, muffler delete, the exhaust has a y pipe installed from factory, C&L bypassvalve, cvj street intercooler, and im on stage 1 93oct burble tune woth pd tuning. Now my question is what else i need to do to tune the car lime yours it would help me a lot . Thanks

Hey! Awesome! Really all you would need are some of the 6510 NGK plugs and a E30 tune from PD tuning and your there! Nice mod list!

what bolt ons do you currently have? I am getting an intercooler installed tomorrow and I already have a JLT Cold Air Intake and a MBRP Street Cat Back Exhaust...after the intercooler is done I plan on getting a protune with PD and was curious what your setup was to compare to....thanks!

But my mods are, CVF Street Intercooler AIRAID Intake Tube Drop In AFE dry filter Turbosmart EM BOV NGK 6510 Spark Plugs Flowmaster Outlaw Axel back Exhaust Scavenger y pipe Cobb accessport Nice man! I definitely recommend PD tuning 👍

@@daily_driven okay cool, sounds like we aren't too far off. I am going to get the dual fuel and probably do what you did and start off with a 93 tune and then advance to an e30 tune...Right now I have a Stage 1 OTS tune from Cobb but really haven't been able to feel much of a difference so I am hoping that since we have somewhat similiar builds we will have somewhat similiar results!

I mix 93 and E85 to get the E30 blend. I have a video on my channel going more in depth on the mixing process if interested 👍

If you run the 93 PD tune, do you have to always run 93 octane? Or what would happen if you leave the 93 tune map while you run 87 for example?

That would likely cause problems overtime because a 93 tune requires 93…especially since 87 is a lower octane. If you choose to fill up with 87 with your 93 tune active It will likely decrease mpg and performance, but you should be fine as long as you don’t drive the car hard, and as long as it is not driven on 87 regularly. I would highly recommend flashing the car back to the stock tune if you run 87.

@@daily_driven You should definitely start looking for a larger wheel setup to hook well with that. I'm guessing if you hooked well w brake boost you could hit 4.5 or lower. Wonder what your Quarter mile is as well since I plan on doing the same mods with my 10 speed eco

Yeah! Well I have some Nitto Nt555 G2 275s on there now that normally hook alright but it was also like 50 degrees out so maybe if it was warmer I could get a better launch.

From what I’ve seen there’s no required mods to run e30, just a tune. But I would highly recommend at least an intercooler because of the added heat from the tune. Other bolt ons definitely wont hurt either

It’s not rocket science for filling up with E30, every 1/4 hash mark add a gal of E85…so you add 4 gals of e85 first then add 93….simple

Your right it’s not hard but it’s important to test the E85 at the station to make sure you know the percentage of ethanol otherwise your mix will be off
