Namaskaram, Akka 🙏 By now, all I can share is that I relate with my misery being dispelled way quicker, with my body becoming stronger and flexible, and the improvement of my health. I think my perception is not so crappy, like it used to be, still I know that there is a lot of job to do there. The same goes for my attention and focus. Also, now I can fast easier that before. Still I struggle with sleeping less. Anyway, I can no longer picture my life without Sadhana. Thank you for sharing and the inspiration 🙏

Thank you for sharing! I think for me, the sleeping part was also a challenge but what I noticed is when I need to stay awake for more than 24 hours, I don't have to fight and struggle with sleepiness which was almost almost impossible to do before. But asl long as we are improving! 🙏🌺❤️
