Thank you for this Dr. Christiansen. Can you please share some brands to buy? I have ordered ESutras on Amazon but it is expensive. Very hard to find this specific type of oil in grocery stores or even on Amazon.

Organic is the way to go when it comes to oils I use Extra Virgin Olive Oil but not for cooking I apply it fresh to food cooked in small amounts of water, Virgin Coconut oil for baking. If it’s not organic you may be purchasing a product that has been produced by using high heat, deodorizers, extenders, additives, etc., making it an adulterated oxidized product. I will try the Safflower oil one day I have seen Organic brands in the store.

Yup, the evidence is pretty clear!

Interesting. Thank you. But I wish you had been more clear at different points in the video about which safflower oil you were speaking about...unmodified or high oleic. On whole you did make it clear you prefer the unmodified, but parts of the video left me a bit confused.

Is corn oil & corn starch bad for you?

I take a supplement with this stuff in it. No sure if it’s good or not. I assume since it’s in a small capsule that it’s safe enough. 🧐

It is neutral - no smell or flavor.

High-oleic has become the overwhelmingly most common form of safflower oil. You have to go out of your way to find the high-linoleic kind. I'm afraid you're sharing a little misinformation about the high smoke point: high-oleic has a high smoke point. High-linoleic safflower oil, being full of PUFAs has a low smoke point, and is easily damaged by heat. It also oxides very easily in storage, and it's challenging finding a fresh source.

@@kevinlogan6171 Isn't linoleum the bad one? According to this comment it oxidizes and is carcinogenic.
