I sprinkle small amounts of unprocessed sea salt in my tanks from time to time. Just to help Osmosis for the fish.

For most fish diseases, I am terrible at diagnosis, so just use the Aquarium Co-op trio (ICH-X+Maracyn+Fritz ParaCleanse) and hope one of them takes care of it. Hope the salt works for this.

Pj aqua maintenance , Hi Ben like always fabulous work you doing. Do you add aquarium salt to all your tanks as a preventative. It’s seems to help all the years I keep fish.

The eye looks lost from the video, I hope that's not the case. I would use the salt at 1 tablespoon per 5 gallon along with Seachem Stress Guard. Good luck 🙏

Ben in addition to what you are using you should also put in some API Water Conditioner with Aloe. The Aloe does help to sooth and coat the eye.

Hi Ben, I already used this method and If the eye is not to much damaged it should work. Fingers crossed. Generally I also combine any treatment with eisha EXIT. Eisha has a very interesting line of treatment products for fishes. If not available in US, you can buy those products on the internet. I always have Eisha 2000 and eisha Exit at home. It is miraculous. Thierry from Brussel's Belgium.
