Unfortunately, all our favourites don’t always get the win. Big Ramy’s body is not holding up as it once did, wether that is age, mass or a combination of both, we all change however incrementally. Expecting the judges to include Ramy because of past wins is biased. He was not considered simply because he was not in the running with the top 3. I believe he can improve, but not by getting or being huge by his standards, but by simply being better refined. He has mass for days, he needs to tighten up, get his upper body tight and as dry as needs with quality muscle and with his legs as developed as they are, he will steal places toward the top, simply by reinventing his overall size and conditioning. His back, shoulders, triceps will all be better for it, as will his long term musculoskeletal progress.

Ramy wasnt compared because the judges didnt like his physique over the other 3 beating him. I mean come on. Its literally that simple.....YES he was improved from the O but so was every other competitor. Ramy lost his title to Hadi for good reason. He came to the Arnold improved, but it wasnt good enough. They even compared him in the finals to shut the winers up and he maintained his spot. I am a Ramy fan and i see no issue with the Arnold and his placing. The pissing and moaning from alot of Nick and Ramys fans is just rediculious at this point. No one hears Andrew pissing and moaning. Good lord.

Does Andrew have enough time to make the improvements needed to be a genuine Olympia contender this year? The general consensus seems to be that he needs to add 20-25ibs of lean muscle onto his frame whilst bringing the same condition and bodyfat percentage. I would love to be wrong but to me I don't really see how that is achievable in 6 months and he could have a job even making top 6. Perhaps Mr Olympia 2024 will be Andrew's time.

I think I was watching the 1984 olymipa and there where 24 competitors Olympia always had a large lineup. I don't want 10 competitors like at the Arnold, we need at least 20

No disrespect but I think Samson just got it right on the day - Personally I am not sure if he can do it again, there simply isn't enough detail and core foundation if we're talking mr Olympia - without the ped's I am not sure how impressive the raw physique is - but he managed to brig it on the day..He's doing it, I am not so what do I know.😉

Lol Nicks ‘raw’ physique is awful. I do agree that Samson lacks detail, and i don’t think it’s something he’ll ever attain more of from here on out without sacrificing size
