Good content, btw people have to stop old school idea of “Body transformation- loosing overall body weight “ We can’t keep a dramatic calorie deficit life style for long run. “ Body Recomposition “ is the key . Reduce body fat percentage and gain muscle mass same time , reduce 200-300 from maintenance calories, focus on high protein diet and medium fat and carbs. It’s a slow process but good for long run and helps us keep in track. Hope you can do a video about it and deliver to large audiences. Personal result so far -body fat reduced from 27 % to 18% , body weight reduce from 96kg to 89kg.
