Assalamu alaykum; oh sheikh, I have a request: Please make a series on how to respond to common Arab greetings; how do we respond to hayyakAllah, jazakumullahukhayr, Taqaballah, etcetera; (Note: I know these are very basic that everyone knows, but I hope you get the correct idea of my request), and that you make a playlist full of responses to common Arab sayings, as I’m an Arab but lacking this beautiful skill set of knowing how to respond! [𝘼𝙮𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙡 𝙆𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙞] Abu Umamah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever recites the Ayat Al-kursi after every prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and entry into Paradise but his death.” (Source: al-Mu’jam al-Awsaṭ lil-Ṭabarānī 8068, Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Albani)

Abu Huraira said, "Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) put me in charge of the Zakat of Ramadan (i.e. Zakat-ul-Fitr). Someone came to me and started scooping some of the foodstuff of (Zakat) with both hands. I caught him and told him that I would take him to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)." Then Abu Huraira told the whole narration and added "He (i.e. the thief) said, 'Whenever you go to your bed, recite the Verse of "Al-Kursi" (2.255) for then a guardian from Allah will be guarding you, and Satan will not approach you till dawn.' " On that the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "He told you the truth, though he is a liar, and he (the thief) himself was the Satan." Sahih al-Bukhari 3275

I'm arabic and i didn't know before that there is difference between them Thank you❤
@AstekOst4 ай бұрын
I study Arabic and I don't really think there's a significant difference between them, the author is just describing it in such a way that is to his adventage... For example (and I will use HIS example) ''how many a small company has overcome a large company by permission of Allah'' how come there is no influence whether the small company does something or not? They have to fight in order to win, if they just sit down on the ground the enemy will slaughter them all with ease, so this is their personal input + help of God, it's not purely God's doing without them doing anything (like in the case of messengers), right? I mean I might be wrong this is just the way I see it, like someone tried to dig out a difference between the two phrases when there really isn't any if Allah wills something he will permit it and if he permitted something it means he willed it to be so, thus? All the same
