He’s 19 years old playing on a terrible team a terrible coach and it’s just one season. I see so many fans calling him a bust I would say cut him some slack he was one of thousands very hard working prospects he’s here for a reason.

as a blazer fan, we saw scoot play pretty straight up bad and get hurt..then, he just went off in all areas slowly but surely. 2nd year is the scoot year. should be fun especially what happens with us next day or so

All you have to do is watch his highlights to know he will become special. Lots of elite players like Kobe and Mcgrady really struggled their first year. Even Lebron went from 20 to 27 points his next year.

Scoot is really young. He had a really bad start, but his improvement over the back half of the year gives me hope. I’m not calling him a bust yet.

People need to chill out with the "bust" takes. Its looking like he'll be more Rajon Rondo than Russell Westbrook but he'll be a legit NBA PG. Give him a couple years.
