Hi Janson, thank you very much for sharing. I am from Spain and starting in Amazon. I have started only with online arbitrage. As you say there are some countries as Italy of France less competitive where i can see some opportunities with the products I am selling. I see you recomend paneurope but what is you experience with the promotion of amazon. I have heard that it has been giving big headaches to sellers. For example with fines for delays with paying taxes in Germany and many sellers talking about leaving paneurope program for that reason. What is your experience? Thanks in advance

Really valuable video as always! The idea of selling in other marketplaces has been something I've put on the back burner for a while, but a lot of the points you raised definitely think it's something that presents a great opportunity, especially considering many UK sellers will be put off by the language barrier and extra admin required. Do you find you are able to rank easily in the EU marketplaces, my concern is how difficult it could be to rank well in 6 marketplaces at once?

Hey Janson, very helpful video. Do you know if it's possible to start out by selling on EFN, then, once I've validated that I can sell a significant number of units in Europe, to switch to PAN? Or would I be somehow committed to EFN once I make that initial choice? (BTW, I'm US-based.)

Just a question. If you store in only one European warehouse (Germany for example), do you have to do tax returns for all European countries? I assume not. I would assume its just for Germany. You would do for France, Italy, etc only if you store there too. What do you say?

Can you pick the EU marketplace to sell in? My mother language is french and I am also fluent in Italian and German, so I would only be selling in those market places. BTW, if you need some translation help, let me know :-)

With Pan European Selling you can't choose a market, you have to do all of them. If you want to do a single country you can, but you'd have to pay to ship the goods there, Amazon won't send them fro you for free. Thanks for the offer :)

Can anyone recommend an accounts package that will handle VAT owed to more than one VAT agency (therefore Amazon PAN European)....A2X seems to tout itself that it will, but can't find any working examples on the internet...it's all very woolly! Also, it's all well & good hiring a TAX agency, but the entries still need to end up in your accounts package...does the tax agent do this...or would I still be on the hook for figuring out how to key this into my accounts software?

That sounds like a nightmare. Sod that. My product sells well in the UK market place but amazon take too much making it not worthwhile. If this is the only way to bring fees down. No thanks. I'm done with FBA. Thanks for the warning.

Hi Janson, great content as always. I`ve been selling my own private label shirts on Amazon for more than a year now. When I first listed them on Amazon UK and once the listing was synchronized with European Marketplaces, I noticed that the German, French, etc translations of the title were missing important keywords and the bullet points were basically non-existent. I tried to edit those child ASINS but no luck. Despite that, I managed to sell items on European marketplaces but I feel like my products have much higher potential if buyers were able to find them in search results and of course I was able to run PPC ads using the right keywords in different languages. I spoke to Amazon customer services about this many times but they either did not fully understand the problem or were able to offer any useful help. Any advise on how to edit those automatically synchronized ASINS in different marketplaces would be greatly appreciated

Hi mate - to edit your international listings you login to seller central, and where it says 'Amazon UK' at the top (next to your seller name), click the box and select the marketplace. Then go into inventoy and edit the listing directly.
