If Silver is of Black Arm descent then I see his father more likely as Eclipse the Darkling than Shadow. They have a lot more physical similarities. -yellow eyes -two longer quills -large chest cover that goes around the neck (one is fluffy the other is armor(?)) And while it doesn’t really matter, silver wears boots and Eclipse’s leg red spots resemble boots. If GUN doesn’t capture eclipse then he’s likely to still be alive in Silver’s time. I don't like at all that Amy is being brought into the equation. Not one bit. It feels creepy, considering Shadow is fifty years older than Sonic, and Amy was thought to be twelve in SA2. Also, wouldn't Amy be dead long before Silver even came into existence??? I get Shadow living that long 'cause immortality or something, but Amy?????? That's a MASSIVE stretch.
