I can honestly say I had been offering devotion to KaalBhairav before I ever heard of Rajarshi Nandy (which was via BeerBiceps, I might add!). I believe he was sent to inform people like me in the West, who want to know more about the Ten Mahavidyas! Had he confined his teachings and interviews to your language that would be of no use to me at all... I am a Western woman who had no idea about Indian gods at all yet after I had a kundalini awakening in 1994, I became a firm devotee of Lord Shiva and Ma Kali, and it was the words of Aghori Master "Vimalananda" translated into English that saved me and guided me (back) to Shri Ramakrishna and the Sanatan Dharm, AND including a most extraordinary encounter with the Bhagavad-Gita in 2001-and now you, Mr. Nandy, your conducting these interviews in English makes it possible for me to follow along closely to your words about the Ten Mahavidyas, and thanks to Master "Vimalananda", I understand the terms you are using, needing no lengthy explanations, despite not even being Indian or having had experience with anything Indian (much less its Deities!) prior to 1994 (I was 38). The Ten Mahavidyas are something I have always wanted to attain to! I was made an initiate into a Bhutanese Kaula lineage back in the year 2000, and I can truly claim it was Mahakaal who was responsible! So yes, Bhairava worship is awakening in the West, though I can only speak for myself! Many many thanks to Mr Nandy; he is like a gift from Bhairava Himself, giving me, _a stranger to Indian culture, on the other side of the world, who does not speak your language(s), access to knowledge I never thought I would gain in this lifetime!_ Jai Mahakaal! Jai Kaal Bhairav! Jai Mahakali!

All religions have their own "homegrounds" or spiritual centers as countries and hinduism isn't even known by vast majority of the world population, let alone, the biggest one at that. Majority of the world can't name even a single god from hindu mythology, though, they will come up with Budhha's name a lot faster if you mentioned eastern religions to them.

It means both the energies are guiding u...energy of Shree Vishnu is to do yr karma while being detached to it and do what has to be done,is sustaining in nature.yr mindset would be u r just a means to do whatever is required to be done.....where as Shiva is total detachment...it would mean u r done with the maya of this world and no more indulgence would u be interested in....u will feel withdrawn from everything and spend time with yr self and doing yr Sadhana... ultimately the origin mat be the same, but the effect of those energy on u will be different...accept what is coming....if u r drawn to Shiva then visit one of the jyotirlinga....chant aum daily and u will feel the energy of universe...u will feel how mundane things r and how people r wasting their energy...how people r stuck in maya and sometimes it's really overwhelming....don't worry...just do the japa of aum namah shivaya daily in darkness...no lights at all ...u will be able to open yr third eye and see the magic of the panchakshari mantra... intuition is just the immediate effect of this form of japa in the darkness .. rudraksha mala and gomukhi is important..a gamcha on yr shoulder would've great, and an aasana of kusha or wool would be some good tool for this journey....tripunda on yr complete forehead can be very enhancing experience......and if u have a shiv linga or if u can have one and meditate in front of it then u will see the whole universe once u will close yr eyes and go a little ahead through yr japa....all the best....feel the energy of the destroyer...yet the coolest and the calmest one...Jai Mahakaal🔱
