I'm 51 with arthritis in my hip, along with a few other permanent injuries, due to an accident I had 9 years ago. When I looked up things to help with my hip most sources I came across suggested that walking may help. This suited me as it meant that I could continue bushwalking, something I've done for practically my entire life, albeit with a walking stick. So far I've avoided the need to use the stick for incidental movement around the home by walking at least 5 to 10 km a week.

Next time go for a walk during your interview - what a great example to set 💡

if you can supply an interview studio that allows walking, that'd be useful

People who don't burn enough energy also may become fatter, and other variables that are very hard to isolate.

If it’s one met a minute like she said, I’m pretty sure there are way more then 500 minutes in a week.

still gotta sleep and stuff

@She said 1 met for sleeping. There are almost 500 minutes in 8 hours. There are 168 hours I. A week. 500 minutes mutes is nothing.

up to 90 percent of smokers do not get lung cancer.. and up to 50 percent of lung cancer victims are non smokers.

Why aren't these statistics shared? People are hysterical over the wrong things, I think.

Where do you get your stats? And why should anybody believe you? Who benefits from your perspective (big tobacco maybe?)

@@zanyzana66 A quick google search shows that only 10 to 20% of smokers develop lung cancer.
@thekaxmax15 күн бұрын
and? You're willing to wear a 10% chance of lung cancer? Mad. Plus the effects on people near you.

Rationalisation, meet solipsism. & after that, you might want to have a chat with meretriciousness, that's right over there. Go to 4:15 and recalibrate your incredibly wonky worldview on the topic.
