I stumbled into Weiser wayyyy back in the wild late 70s for the Fiddler's Festival. It was one wild week of great music and partying. Very fun and memorable!

It's a great town... great community feel. Just big enough and not too big. Plus a fantastic used book store 😁

It's still a great place!! The whole community turned out for the 4th of July celebrations!! Lot's of spirit in that town!!

Awesome video Dave, I live in Weiser and it is a really nice town to live in. Nice and quiet with mountains 20 minutes to the North, Snake River, Weiser River and lots to do. I wish you would have shown the historic train station. It is beautiful.

Not that I can think of. We only know of Post Falls area because we have family across the border in Liberty Lake Wa. So when you go out and explore, that’s why it’s fun! Thanks again Dave.

Hi Dave. I really enjoyed your video. I was born in the Green Lantern back in 1949, which is now the Antique Rose Apartments off of Commercial and highway 95. Growing up in Weiser was a childs dream. So much history here. If you're a newby to the community please check out the museum nw of town on 7th St. My high school class if 1967 was the last class to graduate from the old institute. My roots come from Salubria ( which is now Cambridge).

ontario oregon is 2 minutes away from weiser by crossing the bridge to the video poker places bc theres no video poker in the state of idaho

Ontario is not two minutes away. You cross the big bridge and you're in Annex where the video poker is.

I spent a couple of weeks in the hospital in Ontario when I got in a car crash in Weiser as a teenager in the late 70s. That's the only time I was in Ontario.

I would not go to Weezer to try and make my dreams come true that town is dying for a reason if you got money and don't have to work good place to move to just make sure you don't like pot and don't do any other drugs you're still going to be harassed by the police

i totally agree. its a nice small town atmosphere. Its tough to live without income though
