Recently diagnosed h pylori, it started with something that felt like anxiety attack on a walk on a very warm day outside, initially thought it was histamine related as allergy type symptoms gradually grew worse and antihistamines seemed to help and so i thought oh just allergies. Following weeks i kept feeling like i was going to faint if i dont eat, and especially sal helped relieve the feeling. Took my blood pressure and sugar when these episodes came along and sugar was fine but BP always dropped very low. Fast forward and normal stool test HP positive. On antibiotic treatment and PPi right now, but still if i dont eat just about every two hours i feel like i loose power/energy and want to pass out, get palpitations and then anxiety and all the rest. I know probably did all the wrong things but no health provider has pointed me in any other direction or provided as much helpful information as you have and there are so many people suffering with this right now and they are just left to feel like its all in their mind because what is seen first is the anxiety, because its darn scary

@@annalourens8307 sorry to hear about your health situation and I’m glad my video helped…. It could be H pylori, histamine intolerance, or other gut inflammatory issues or infections happening at the same time. Anxiety can be caused by gut issues and you’re not imagining it. If you’d like to have an assessment session so we can discuss further, you can book using this link nourzibdeh.com/getstarted/

My calprotectin is 210 and I can’t digest anything 😭 I don’t know what to eat because I struggle with acne as well.

Sorry to hear that. I hope you're working with a medical provider because elevated calprotectin can be concerning, but that depends on what else is going on in the gut. If you're interested in understanding your labs better and you want to know what to eat and how to correct digestion, calprotectin and acne, this is exactly what I do when I work with my 1-1 clients. You can book a consult here nourzibdeh.com/getstarted/

I’ve tried to integrate this but I’m having a hard time if I want to meet the goal of having at least 25 grams of fiber per day. I have diverticulitis and was recently hospitalized. I eat very small meals and although it’s mainly vegetables I still can’t get to the goal of 25 grams of fiber without having to have a mid day protein shake or a fruit yogurt accomplish this. Any advice? I do wait 12 hours from dinner to breakfast.

12 hours from dinner to breakfast is great. That leaves you with 12 hour to eat. If your eating window is 8 am - 8 pm, breakfast is 8 am, Lunch is 12 pm, Dinner at 7 and you could do a snack 3-4 pm.

Are you eating enough? If yes and you're still losing weight, you're not digesting or absorbing properly. Need to focus on those. I have this video on digestive enzymes (kzbin.info/www/bejne/l2HJi2RnpKlgbLssi=RyQms1iG7fB78Wdp) and consider booking a session if you'd like more answers and a comprehensive gut repair plan (nourzibdeh.com/getstarted/)

Have done all kinds of test and scans but have only test positive for h pylori I have avoided fried foods and all but I can’t maintain weight have been consistently losing weight when I eat I just bloat and the my stomach is flat

H Pylori disrupts digestion and can lead to dysbiosis, SIBO, parasite overgrowth, and others. It's the first domino piece that falls and disrupts all of your digestion and nutrient absorption.

Not sure what you're eating now, but a good place to start is to clean up the diet. Also there are certain healthy foods that worsen bloating so you need to learn which ones these are and how to make meals with other calming foods. I have designed this program called The 21-Day IBS Relief Plan exactly for that. You can sign up here (I walk you through the food lists and you get immediate access to food lists and recipes): training.nourzibdeh.com/21-day-ibs-relief-plan

@@marlenebrown2569 I would still say every 4 hours …. Eat bigger meals as tolerated. If you can’t need enough, you have underlying gut issues to work on 😉

Whenever i work out , my body starts itching. which antihistamine do you suggest?
@NourZibdeh
@NourZibdeh 9 ай бұрын
I wouldn't recommend an anti-histamine. It's better to reduce your overall histamine bucket and understand why your body is retaining so much. Watch my videos on histamine: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hKWxfpJ6h76Bh8ksi=l674J3-ZnzjyA2vZ
