Antarctica is miles away from any civilization and most animals except on the shorelines, surrounded by ocean, and freezing to death especially in the middle. Dude if i were you, Sonic, i would just use some chaos energy or something and get him out of your body so you're seperated from him. Although, you'll need most, if not all, of the Chaos Emeralds for that, you'll need Shadow's and Knuckles' help to go get them. Another solution could be to put him inside the Master Emerald so you're free and he can't get out. But, from what I know in terms of Creepypasta knowledge, and the fact that Sonic unwittingly got his hands on the EXE game in his video from a couple years go, it's safe to assume EXE cannot dimension travel on his own UNLESS there's something for him to possess.
