Is SPEEDPAINTING your 40k army really worth it?

in this video i speedpaint a warhammer tyranid army.

pink bits; cardinal purple (vallejo xpress) then dark hot pink (pro acryl) mixed with pink pigment powder (green stuff world)
metal; vallejo metal colors steel
purple wash; army painter purple shade
basing; wasteland brown (vallejo xpress)

I forgot to mention all models were dry brushed white before I applied the xpress color paints.
