One point I forgot to mention was that I believe there were no new characters to take photos with since last year. And all the characters for special photo ops in Galaxy’s Edge have been seen walking around on regular Park days. 🤷🏼‍♂️

He’s not kidding about the shoe thing. Trust me. Comfort takes priority over accuracy which is why all my cosplays have me wearing Jordans. I’d rather be comfortable if I’m gonna be walking around in costume ALL DAY

Oh my stars I love your cosplay!! Last week was my first time attending Star Wars Nite and I had an amazing time! As a cosplayer, the fact that I could walk around in full costume was the best part!! I felt truly immersed while at Galaxy's Edge and made for some great interactions with the characters 🥰. I went on both Tuesday and Thursday night during my trip. I got to do and see everything I wanted to without feeling rushed, along with enough time to take photos of my cosplay around Galaxy's Edge 🌟

Good sir, I appreciate the tips and advice regarding the Star Wars event. Me and my friends are going on the 9th and it will be our first time. We rarely have time to go to the park due to the jobs we do so this is will be a special night for something we will likely do only once for the entire year. Last time we were at the park was May 4th 2023. We didn't have tickets for the event night but we were there during normal hours from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and there were a lot of people cosplaying and all a few hours before the event night happened. Still it was fun interacting with fellow Jedi and Sith alike. There were some very cool things going before the event night began. Just beware regarding transportations going back to the parking structures and all going home. From what I have been told, The trams not the way to go when going back to your car and all. I would check with any cast members working at the tram station in regarding how long they are operating for the night if you are heading home via parking structure.

If I ever had the chance to go on a Star Wars night, I would head into the park at 6pm and hit up some rides until 9. Then have a plan of which special events I wanted to see.

I went on Tuesday, April 16 to Star Wars Nite because I was at a nearby conference during the day, and I haven't been to Disneyland in over 20 years. Was it worth it for me? Absolutely. I wasn't there for the photo ops or the food, my goal was to ride everything I could with minimal to no wait. But while the event truly started at 9, at 8, they started getting non-special ticketholders out of the park, so you can start riding the rides with much less wait as early as 8. The best part, if you want a Savi's Workshop lightsaber, they only did walk-ups, so I was able to make one. Other tips: Rise of the Resistance closes early, so get there early. PhotoPass is included through the QR code on your wristband. The ART bus will operate until just after 1AM, but the bus will be marked "special." Just tell the operator what hotel you need to be dropped off at.

I just attended my first Starwars night on Tuesday! It was cool but it feels like a one and done for me, there wasn’t enough time to everything. Only got to do one Photo Op with the Jawas, the other photo ops had ridiculously long lines. It was fun with the company I had, a group of friends. We just ended up taking pictures with cosplayers lol

We did Park Hopper on this last trip in April it’s is cheaper but you feel rushed. So going forward we’re going to do separate days :) The Star Wars Fireworks from Batuu was a bit of a let down this time. CA adventure has projection and fireworks will go there next time :)

Star Wars night looks like fun. That ep4 Graflex Skywalker saber from 89sabers is the best.( picked up mine a year ago). Anyone thinking about one, it's as screen accurate as they come. Great saber and thx for SW night, Obi-Dad.

Honestly I would love to go but from your point of view obi-dad I'm not so sure I agree with you in the fact that star wars night should be bigger and better than the Halloween bash and I'm extremely disappointed in the fact the some of my favorite characters from Ahsoka will not be there the next time I visit Disneyland with my mom ya know and major part of me really wants to visit Disneyland again someday but another part of me isn't very enthusiastic about going because I don't really feel friendly vibes from Disneyland anymore I mean on my birthday last year it was super fun but at the same time I felt really lonely like no one was really all that friendly it's like the heart has disappeared from disney ya know
