this is what they do: 1. add something overpowered knowing dam well they will need to nerf it 2. take too long to nerf it 3. add something to replace it either right before or right after nerfing it 4. refuse to spend more than like 1 week balancing the game when it has tons of issues

the 1st move requires u to use an air combo to extend (meaning u either need to use ranged moves or close the distance when combo extending after the stun), is on the stun gcd and doesnt even stun for 3 seconds, has almost no usage outside of combos, and doesnt even place lock. its only decent at best, especially since we have so many newer moves that stun for almost the same time, do more damage, have more uses, and arent on the stun gcd. the 2nd move is also probably decent. it drains a decent amount of stm, but unless like half of ur opponents moveset is tai based (not meta/not common btw) it wont really matter. it has good range but its also block-able and predictable at times, making it also nearly useless outside of combos. its difficult to combo extend with by itself. overall, its also only decent. the 3rd move is probably good, but considering the fact u need another move to actually start combos with it, its pretty lack luster compared to other combo starters, and its actually worse at combo extending than the other 2 moves, so u could make a case for it also only being decent, but ill just leave it at good. the mode is only good. the m1s and md drain are nice, but the stats are slightly below average, and the specs have gotten nerfs. the main things, however, is that 1. it only has 2 specs compared to most newer modes having 3, and 2. the specs are on slightly longer cool downs than most specs. so not only are ur stats slightly lower, u have less specs to deal damage AND it takes u longer to deal that damage due to cool downs. also, the specs are kind of jsut easier to deal with now, for the c spec just escape its range when u see it coming and heal from a distance, and with the q spec there are more OP moves we have to deal with due to them having longer ranges. its a good mode, but not very good imo. overall the bl is like C+ or B- tier. its not bad, B tier actually just being the "good" tier and C tier being the "decent" tier, but overall the bl just isnt as good as it was. its good alone, but comparing it to what we use nowadays it aint much, and even the newer stuff people overrate.

Looks like you are using meta bls which are like S tier as the standard. Rating something C tier is like telling it better than mud, Stange isn't good now but with efforts you can still do a bunch of dmg which is why it should be like A-. Also the mode is still good when teamfighting.

​@@zane1242 meta bloodlines are usually A tier, sometimes even B tier. like i said, people like to overrate moves and bls overall imo (if u want i can give examples). u can do good with strange, its just that its definitely not as good as it used to be, which was probably A or low S tier. also, practically every ability with aoe that doesnt force u to target one person is good in team fights so thats kind of free, and people usually use normal 1v1s when talking about pvp because thats what people play more of.
