@@eastern2687 Nobody is whining. Just saying the soundtrack from Crazy Taxi played a BIG part in what made that game so popular and rememberable. Just like Tony Hawks a big pulling point to that game was it’s soundtrack. Again, very memorable. Yes this isn’t Crazy Taxi but it is completely inspired by Crazy Taxi’s very original concept. My point is without a great soundtrack it just won’t be anywhere near as good and likely won’t do that well.

These guys don't have that kinda money and you definitely have KZbin, just play the crazy taxi sound track while you play...? It's not a problem anymore back in the day you listened to the music in them games, nowadays if you want music while you play I doubt anyone is cranking up the in game volume of any game.... You've got all the music you like on demand whenever you want :/ just listen to some of that

This looks pretty cool. I like the arcade physics and that they give you reasons to explore. Kinda getting RUSH vibes. I turn the music down in all racing games (even if good music) to get the feel of the revving engine and take in the atmosphere

Exactly! Somethings are best left in the past. I love the 80s n 90s as it was the best time and when I grew up, but sadly a lot of the er great innovations of those times are just being rehashed vs built upon. We need more classic style stuff that's new though, and not just a reskin

The switch is becoming one of my favourite systems I own: crazy taxi style game, rocket league, little nightmares 2, crash 4, Mario 3D world, Zelda, rayman legends, super Mario odyssey, Mario 3D all stars, Mario Mario maker 2, Lego Jurassic world, Lego city undercover, draw a stick man epic 2, asphalt 9, Nickelodeon kart racers, ty the Tasmanian tiger hd, Skyrim, Mario kart 8 deluxe, Disaster report 4, Trials Rising and many more.Just such a great variety of game types on the switch imo!

Difference is that Taxis can pick up "Flag Downs" that's when people wave them down. And Uber drivers can't legally do that because they don't have the Taxi license nor the taxi insurance and you need an app to call them.😉

Crazy Taxi publisher Sega is on board, apparently distributing the game in Japan and Asia. Taxi Chaos is being published in Europe by Mindscape, while GS2 Games is handling the game’s North American launch.

I will be getting this for sure! I still have my Crazy Taxi 1 & 2 for my Dreamcast and I just picked up CT3 for OG XBOX last month (and haven't tried it yet). Agreed, some spiritual successors are fantastic like Road Redemption (digital only at the moment) which is a spiritual successor to Road Rash. Or how about Dangerous Driving (Burnout's s.s. to crash mode). However, sometimes spiritual successors don't measure up like Road Rage (played on PS4). It was so horrible. Controls were abysmal and it didn't look very good either. But Road Redemption (which is supposed to get a physical release) is fantastic!

One little question : The city seem very empty, there isn't much pedestrians or anything, this kind of surprised me looking at your shots.
