I love how they are just having a natural conversation while a black hole is jamming out in the middle of the living room, you see they are calm because they are in the LIVING room which means they can’t die, therefore the black hole realizes it’s efforts are in vain, and backs down, accepting it’s defeat.

Fun fact: the large hadron collider is theorized to have the power to create black holes at a quantam scale, and CERN (I'm pretty sure it was CERN) got sued for this reason but won the case because the black holes are so insanely tiny that they evaporate instantly. Even if they did somehow manage to grow, they would apparently take a whopping decillion or so years to consume the earth. pretty scary but cool The source i have for this comes from a video though i can't seem to find it. Regardless, cool stuff

Why sue because of that? Black holes in nature limit the amount of matter it sucks in at a time due to radiation pushing away matter like what happens once a star ignites and begins burning it's fuel, otherwise it would all go straight in, why do you think Accretion disks exist? If a black hole is small enough, it will use up more energy than it sucks up, and eventually evaporates.

@@Insanearc I mean, realistically we don't know that, black holes interact more with quantum physics than they do with classic physics, the black hole could exponentially grow in such a manner it would consume the solar system, but the more probable thing to happen is for it to evaporate immediately due to hawkins radiaton.

Yep. The only really inaccurate things are that it had a visible Schwarzschild Radius (Event Horizon radius) of ~0.25-0.5m, meaning it's between 28 and 57 times the mass of earth and has a surface gravity of around 1E16 G (1,000 times that of a neutron star), yet doesn't change the direction of down for everyone (experiencing even 1G in a sideways direction makes down 45° between that direction and earth's centre of mass. 10,000,000,000,000,000G, even factoring in falloff by distance, would be like realising you've walking on a 89°59'59" cliff for all your life and gravity has finally decided to take notice), and 2: a black hole that large would live upwards of 7E54 years (slowly but exponentially shrinking the whole time) and would release ~1.4E29MJ worth of energy over that time, or the equivalent 3.3E19Mt (Megatonnes of TNT), which would be a LOT if it evaporated this quickly (for reference, the Chicxulub Impactor struck with a force of 72Tt, or 72E6Mt and killed ~80% of all species plus a good chunk of collateral deaths from the species that survived)... But we can handwave all of that and say it was just a 1000,000Kg black hole with a 1.4E-12nm radius that was just being stylised. In which case it only releases ~1E17MJ over a span of ~46 seconds... (Turns out black holes are just really big bombs with really long timers... Also really good batteries as they store your energy better the bigger you make them)

Not only the energy density but pure amount of energy as the black hole would need a lot of energy to be that big and it is growing so presumably it’s absorbing energy which is why it even existed as a very quickly decay when they are small. However, once it did decay, they should’ve just been dying from the amount of radiation. Also that is like a moons worth.

Fun fact: this can actually happen in real life as Black Holes of ANY size can form. If you compress (squeeze) an object of ANY size hard enough, (say compressing massive amounts of energy at rates faster than the speed of light) at a certain point the gravity will become so strong that not even light can escape, to which the object collapses in on itself and forms a black hole. Thing is, if you have energy collapse in on itself, it creates something extremely unstable. If that unstable core doesn’t have enough gravity to absorb the mass around it, then it doesn’t have the energy to continue containing the matter it absorbed. So it gets rid of the matter it absorbed, which is when it’s called a white hole, and it keeps spewing matter out until it spews itself out into bits, aka destroying itself from the inside. Thing is that all of this is done at light speed, maybe faster. Nobody knows.

I love these old tomska hole-like skits especially since tomska was my favourite skit maker but he hasn't uploaded (especially since skits and stuff take time but you do them faster)

Yeah, I hate it when I attempt photosynthesizing and a black hole forms in my living room... It happens about once a month to me and it is not fun. I lost my favorite desk to it.

I'd be more concerned not about black hole but about the massive source of gravity on top of the building that compensates the weight of the black hole not making it just go straight down to the center of Earth.

This is so relatable, every time I wake up there’s a black hole in my room.

The fact that black holes are uncanny even just thinking about it, this sketch made me feel nervous 😂 well done!

Wanna know what's even more uncanny? If earth collapsed into a black hole it would be the size of a US cent. This black hole in a video is at least 10x times more massive than the earth itself. They would die in nanoseconds if they were this close to something so unfathomably massive

@@josephcro2138 doesn't it matter on the mass?the mass decides whether it would be 10 times the size of the earth or it would be little.
