There aren't many festive food challenges around this year, but I managed to track a second one down...It's a full loaf of bread, chocked fuller than Santa's sack with pigs in blankets, gammon, eggs, turkey, cranberry sauce, nacho cheese sauce and accompanied by clementine roast potatoes, parsnips and sprouts...
It's a pay to play at £23 but if you win, apparently you get a certificate and a free dessert...and I fancy a bit of Christmas pudding to tell you the truth...

Glad to see Mrs. Beard so into the Christmas spirit, she just exudes a different level of energy when it comes to this it seems. That is a lot of bread for sure, and I can see how that is always a challenge, I find that even in normal meals that the bread in larger quantities is always a challenge. Clementines are a done deal in Sweden at x-mas. Also the oranges, but mostly as decoration(besides mimosa sallad and glögg). We usually hang the oranges in the windows or on a decorative plate with allspice on it in a pattern.
