hi Joe. I would like to make a sugestion for your reviews. To show the upper center console to see if there is led interior lighting and if it has a sunroof, how does it open, etc, And also, to show the command of the lights at the left of the steering wheel, if they are automatic and what not, i think it would be a nice addition. thank you so much for the reviews, you are a great guy.

i hate the Stock c43 rims. On my c43 i have the Multi spoke 19 inch wheels refinished in gloss black and they look way better. the tires on this one look too chunky for a performance car. This spec was also odd with the front sunroof only not panoramic and the light brown wood. it looks much better with the Black open pore wood and full panoramic sunroof.

Clean German Styling, says it all! The sirens are warning everyone that Joe Raiti, is about to do a road test, in an, "AMG"! Not liking the wood at all, however, it reminds me of days of when wood was the norm, back in the 70's, and 80's, M-B models! First time I'm listening to a review, with my Bose headphones on, GF, is sleeping, and I'll tell you, what a sound difference! I may have to go back and listen to the, "On Throttle", portions! I believe I've been missing out on a lot of, "true" audio! 😵 No rear seat power ports?? 🙄🤔 Thank you, for showcasing, another great M-B AMG, product! 🏁🏁

Very nice car. My friends stock c43 keeps up with a 2015 380whp STI. His amg is blue with red seats and carbon fiber Interior. Very nice ! Those shifts are insane

Of course the C43 is a real amg. Entire car (brakes, suspension, drive modes, 4-matic system, engine, transmission etc.) is all from AMG. AMG did not start off with hand-assembling engines back in the day. If they were ok with calling non-hand-assembled AMG’s back then, then it’s definitely okay now.

The C43 AMG is a fantastic car especially for tuners as those TT V6 motors can push serious power with stock internals and injectors. Whoever spec'd this car out is absolutely ridiculous because that wood trim and no pano roof is just nasty. Easy change though.

my 2019 has an AMG performance exhaust unsure if this white one has it but mine sounds waayyy better with the valves open. Maybe that was a cold start revving at the cold start if you rev or give it gas in sport+ it sounds horrible until it warms up about 1 minute later. Also, the wood trim is ugly mine has the carbon fiber trim.

Thank you Joe for finally getting this review done 🙌 I own a 2019 C43 AMG in Salenite Grey facelift tuned by Renn Tech Many modifications too many to list. But lowered with H&R VFT makes it really feel like an AMG along with Vornsteiner wheels 19's too. I have almost all the boxes ticked ! For the money it's a no brainier in my opinion 0 issues so far so good owned a little over a year now. Great review Last DYNO: 405.7 awhp 470.4 llb ft 👌 0 to 60 3.7 seconds (Sport Plus in 4 matic)

​@@skies44 the c43 is an actual amg model, m340 i think is just the sport trim of the 340, i've had a 335i back in 2014 and it was definitely a sport car, so i can only imagine what the m340 is gonna be like. but what i love about the c43 is the exhaust sounds in sport+ mode, there is a noticeable pops and crackles thats just really exhilarating for me when i drive it. so u probably wanna test drive it before u choose. either way tho i dont think u can make a wrong decision man! good luck dude! let us know which one u decided to get and how u like it!

James Coleman Thanks my man, that’s exactly why I’m so stumped!!! I’ve been drooling ever since my test drive of the C43 couple of months ago and it was love at first blast off with that thing. I loved it and researched it for weeks and weeks ever since then. But recently I came across the M340 and I actually test drove it today. It was smooth and powerful as hell. More smooth suspension but didn’t have that same excitement as I got from the c43 so I’m with you man. So I’m still undecided and I want to go for another test drive with both these cars. I was surprised how heavy the m340 steering was but that’s not a bad thing. And the traction definitely slips quite a bit when stepping on the gas on a turn

It is a COMPARISON, and I was pointing out how/why an *AMG* (their sport model) has less potential with the same equipment than a car not reference with that level. That is the REASON why I did not get the C43 ! about $5,000 more in cost with LESS power ! And the C43 size is compact as hell ! Q50 is way bigger ! Yeah, I like brand names...... BUT A person has to be a fool to pay extra just for the stamp (AMG), and still come up short on the roads. That is fact with no "I am taking side" scenario !

Joe...I don't believe this is a true AMG for one reason: not a hand assembled engine, this is basically like an Msport or S-line. The real AMG's have that little plaque showing who assembled the engine, it's being watered down here to live on the name...IMO🤔

We also have a motoring press and the likes of Top gear, Fifth gear and various TV car shows that continue to reference all cars to the German class equivalent. Anthony Bueno I did. I would still pick the C63S, straight piped and tuned. That’s the type of AMG sound and performance I like. For those that could not really afford the C63S, but is ok buying a C63S used, I would highly recommend that direction if they can find. CPO C63S the way to go.

False. AMG started as a tuning company, and the 90s C class was a V6, not a V8. What you consider an AMG doesn't match with the actual company history, and disagrees with what both Mercedes and AMG say about the current C43. It's understandable though, I've seen lots of guys with C63's that were insecure over the C43. The C43 isn't a baby C63, it's a baby E63 (AWD being the key). There are plenty of people that don't consider a C-class as a "Real Mercedes", and that's just as ridiculous a statement.

@@elrev07 I actually bought one now like a month ago. 2021 lunar blue metallic sedan, loaded up. I don't find the ride harsh at all. It's not the softest suspension of course but with 19's and a suspension fit for a track what do you expect. I love the car, especially with the AMG performance exhaust. I also did take off the run crap tires and put on Michelin P4S. Best tire for any muscle/sport sedan for everyday driving - hands down! Thanks for the reply man.😎

@@cobras559 I have a 2020 polar white all the options as well. It is a harsh ride comparatively to other cars in the segment. there's no denying it. But I find it an acceptable tradeoff for what it does. I traded a challenger scat pack on it for a more family friendly performance ride. I also have had mustangs camaros and corvettes. This thing is hands down more fun and useful. (I put on aftermarket 19s with some Conti's, Ill go Michelins when they are done) - Congrats!

That's because he was revving it without opening the sport exhaust. Every review I've seen that tests the C43 against other 6 cylinders competitors agrees the C43 sounds the best. Now, if you were expecting a V8 sound from a V6, that's not going to happen, but for what it is, it sounds good.

I considered both this car and the Audi's S5 and I can tell you that the S5 is miles ahead of this. Exterior and interior wise. The C43 might have a little more hp but it's not really noticeable
