@@Dcshad Wish they did but ain’t happening mate. They killed the C and E coupe/convertibles for the Cle. They have the SL which is failing in sales which it was supposed to be the replacement of the old S convertible, the SL and the old Gt convertible. With the new Gt coupe they have replaced the S coupe and the old Gt. The reason they did was because they had too many coupe and convertibles now its just between the SL the Gt and the Cle. Also the demand is mostly on SUVs only a small niche is buying these cars

Thanks, Joe. I love the wheel design, I think it's deliberately done to reduce brake dust. The actual design looks so aggressive and wider at the rear, as the interior is well done. The sound amplified through the front speakers is a turn-off. For a little more money, I would opt for the CLE63, as it has recently been confirmed that this car will have an 8 cylinder. Joe, please review this car in due course. Thanks for the upload.

I love the way the Mercedes CLE looks especially the AMG model and that gray magno color suites the car to a tee. I feel that the steering wheels that AMG does are one of the best on the market currently. They just look so good and futuristic with the mode selectors.

I saw a 2024 black one with every option for $112K at my local MB dealership. It has the looks for sure. The wheels will be hard to keep clean and the fake vent should’ve had some kind of screening to make it look more real. Sound is a little disappointing. The salesman told me they’ll have a 63 CLE coming in end of the year. Probably going to be a lot more money.

You have to admit this is a great looking coupe. It really looks the part. I am so happy that Mercedes finally woke up and realized that the 4cyl amg engines are for the birds. Mercedes has plenty opportunity to put 4 cyl engines in more of their commodity offerings such as the cla, glb, glc, general c-class etc. make AMG mean something by offering the goods for those that care and are willing to pay. My only zonk on this car is the instrumentation cluster tablet and center stack tablet. They look like aftermarket applied devices and does not flow into the design of the interior. It’s very non integrated looking that otherwise cheapens the design of the car. This would make a good used car after the depreciation rock hits it.

I have always wanted an S63 AMG Coupe. When Merc killed it in 2020, I wondered what my dream car would be since a V8 was non-negotiable. I ended up with an M8 competition and love it. I still would prefer a modern S63 coupe to my M8, but that isn't happening. This CLE 53 is nice, and I like it, but it's not an S63 Coupe, and I would still take my M8 competition over this CLE 53 any day.

If only the CLE was available in twin turbo V8 63 option, that will be my choice at this price point. Otherwise, a very good successor to the old 4 cylinder AMG version. The “extra” legroom in the back is a bonus over the AMG GT 63s (as per my current E Class coupe). I don't fancy the lights and black wheels… seen the polished spokes in the same style wheels, much better, but the AMG GT 63 “twin Y” wheels would suit this car far better. Reply

Always like your reviews and passion but CLE isn’t a mix of C and E class, it’s the E class coupe. It’s not a new model just a new model year, also not eliminating as the c class coupe is still there. Those wheels are their aero wheels that are redesigns from the EQ that came out a few years ago. Better looking than the first versions in my opinion. And I never understood all the attention to details and chrome handles. Ugh.
