Is the 2024 Range Rover Velar a BETTER midsize luxury SUV than a Genesis GV80?

The Velar gets some updates and changes from Range Rover for 2024. On the outside you will find a new grill, headlights, wheels and rear bumper. On the inside there is a new infotainment and a passenger space without physical buttons and knobs. Under the hood is a 2.0L turbocharged inline-4 putting out 247HP & mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Is the 2024 Range Rover Velar a BETTER midsize luxury SUV than a Genesis GV80?

The best way to get a range rover is with a V8 under the hood. No matter what engine is under the hood land rover makes amazing interiors

The inline 6 with turbo at 395 hp is solid. Tops her out in the 70k range. IF you want a V8 you are getting the Range Rover Sport, not the Velar. The Sports are over $100k. Big difference for 130 more HP.

I do love the vehicle; my concern with Range Rover is the things that they have issues with are things that they just can't seem to get right. ie infotainment system, interior quality, maintenance. These issues give me pause.
