Great review as usual! I’d love to see you review the new 315 as well…that was my favorite one of the last generation because it still has some good plow though due to the weight and more spin than the 305 due to the 16x19 string pattern and good maneuverability with the 325ish swing weight. Btw the video of you guys playing indoors looks great - maybe it’s just the sound you get from hitting indoors but the power and spin of your shots is a lot more noticeable indoors!

Unforunately, with Tecnifibre it doesn't matter how good or bad the actual racquet is, the weird rectangular handle shapes are a dealbreaker for alot of people. Tecnifibre need to sort this out or offer different shaped pallets like Head. Great roundup of the racquets though - you should definitely feature Brandon more often as your discussion / exchange of views makes for a really engaging, interesting review video.

I don’t know, why so many people complain about Techifibre grips. Moreover, personally I like it even more, than let say grip of Head.

HEAD has the best handle system since the pallets can be changed for preferred grip size and shape.

@leventeyuboglu450116 күн бұрын
Everyone complains about the grip shape. I like it. But is is not good for western grip, better for eastern. However their grips are much slimmer than wilson and yonex. So there is a room for customizatiion. You can place some additional grip tapes along the handle where you want more thickness, so it will be much normal shape and will not be thicker grip size than usual brands

i was a fan of the tfight 300rs 98 sq.in. but couldn’t commit to it because bad QC gave my second copy too high of a swingweight (10 pt difference💀). i have stuck with the ezone 98 from 2022 for the time being, but the 2025 ezone 98 doesn’t intrigue me. i passed on the tfight iso 300, but the 2025 tfight 300 98 sq.in. 16x19 with its improvements and a lower swingweight has me interested in a switch. i find the ezone muted, i much prefer the foam-filled feel of tfights, and the rectangular pallet doesn’t bother me too much. thoughts? ezone 98 2022 vs tfight 300 98 sq.in. 16x19 ? (i can customize)

Thanks for the great detailed reviews as always, been watching a lot of your reviews and it's helping me a lot. I am deciding between gravity tour 98 and the t-fight 305s. I am a little worried that the launch angle of the gravity tour 98 might be too high as I see that the strings are even more open towards the upper part of the frame, and also based on the play test videos the ball launches extremely high and thus perhaps less directional control. Which is your racket of choice, and why? In terms of feel and control which one is more traditional? Thank you!!
@tantennis2 күн бұрын
For me confidence in play is more important so I would likely go with the Tfight 305s as I know I can control my shots consistently. I don’t want uncontrolled variations that the Gravity Tour 98 makes.

Good question. I don’t think you can go wrong with either of them. I may choose Tfight 305s just because it’s more consistent and easier to control.

Hi, thanks for following me. I would say if you have a more attacking game, hit through the ball more and want some control, go with Tfight 305. If you want something that help you stay in the point longer, hit with tons of spin, go with PA98.

@@abcd-fs2de if you check other tecnifibre’s racket review you’ll see lots of people talk about grip shape, I have 2 iso 305 and 1 iso300 and the most change I would like to see is to change of grip shape to more square.
@cekinekshn17 күн бұрын
if you don't like it buy a grip size smaller and replace the base grip with Head Hydrosorb Comfort it's thicker and it makes the grip more square than rectangular that's what I did in Tempo 298 IGA - grip 2 with Head Hydrosorb Comfort (2.1mm). It adds 5g tho because it's heavier than most grips like stock Tecnifibre or Head Hydrosorb Pro.
@kuoliu541916 күн бұрын
@@cekinekshn Ok I will definitely have a try if the new version didn't change the grip size as I'm going to switch to new model. I changed to a leather grip so the added weight wouldn't be a problem but I couldn't understand why that Head grip can make the grip more square? Doesn't it make the grip more rectangular and thick?

Is tf305 as stable as blade v9 ? Which would you prefer and why
@tantennis17 күн бұрын
I think it’s pretty stable, but maybe the Blade feels more stable because it feels more solid on off center hit. I would say I prefer the playability of the new Tfight 305, but too early to say. Haven’t tried it with other setups, and the problem with the Tfight for me last time is was that I can’t find a perfect string for it that gives s great balance on feel/spin/comfort/control.

Great another racket that costs the same or more like others but dumbed down in performance and looks than 2 generations ago . Rackets in the last year have just been getting more dumbed down , to reach the general market . You would be be better off keep any racket from 2 generations ago . Performance lessens for the racket to meet the player , yet look more pro . Your unable to still not be able to personalize them , unless you order from wilson labs . Even then you can't get one to spec. Personally other than the Volkl C10 pro , I am not purchasing another racket until there is more pro- formance like classic attacking rackets. Wilson Ultra Pro , Babalot pure strike 97 , First gen Sx300 tour 100 and T- fight 2 gen's ago . Head prestige . T- fight is now t-light on ozempic .
