Is the Adidas ULTRABOOST still worth it in 2024? HONEST REVIEW

My biggest thing with Ultra boost is if you are on your feet all day you won’t feel tired in your feet or knees at the end of the day. That in of itself is why I keep buying this shoe. It’s a very great everyday show

Hey, thanks for watching! Going up half a size would be okay, since they would feel nice because you could move your toes around a bit. Also, the heel feels a bit snug normally, so that would be a bit better.

True. But sizing up still hurts my ankle area so idk if sizing up is the solution :/

Great informative review. Alphafly is more of a competition shoe, while of late, the Ultraboost 1.0 has gone from running to casual lifestyle shoe. Doesn't mean you can't use it for running, it means Adidas now has other more modern alternatives for running.

FWIW, they now frequently go on sale so I'd deffo say they're more worth it. I got a pair for $80 after watching this review and the major criticism being the cost. Got a job where I am walking 8 hours a day and these are a muchhhh better daily driver than my old shoes. A pretty solid review.

Very honest review:) I love your sense of humor and how you added some bits in this video.. I copped mine carbon black for just 70 but was wondering if I should go for off white boosts 120 is the price.. You are right between 70 to 130 price range is one should go for Above that it is not worth it.. Keep making videos 👌

@@dr.sharkmonk374 Thank you for asking! The boost material definitely became yellower 😔 and the white mesh gets dirty very easily, but you can machine wash it

@markbrand_ You can try using sharpie whitener on that boost to make it white again people do that I might go for the linen green color UBs then Not too dark that it is hard to style not too white that it gets dirtier easily Plus one can style it with any outfit I guess..

my only caveat with this shoe is that if you have high arch and 'bony' feet bridge, you will feel a lot the sewed stitches of the inner side of the shoe tongue. The only workaround is to use thicker socks in my experience but it kinda goes against the 'spirit' of the shoe (very breathable upper). If these had a smooth inner tongue they would be my 1# goto

What alternatives would you suggest? I’m after a new running shoe and the ultra boosts while heavy are pretty comfy for me to run in. So keen to understand what alternatives have the same comfort and durability.

I would definitely suggest the Hoka Clifton, they are on the side of an ultra supportive and comfortable running shoe. The ultraboost however are more on the trendy/stylish option and for me they are great for walking/standing, but not soft enough for running. Go to a running store. Try on as many shoes as you can. Buy the pair that makes you feel like running. Buying running shoes based on looks is a bad idea. Hope this helps.

These sneakers have grown with me on all my adventures, and could probably go another 5+ years with me, still in mint condition. I’ve washed them a few times, and I would definitely buy them again if I ever need to. They’re 100% worth the money on comfort and longevity :)
