I went a half size up and my pair was still pretty narrow. I’d go up a full size if you have medium to wide feet.

Thank you! I think it depends on what kind of exercise you’re planning on doing. They were developed for running, so they are definitely able to handle a decent amount of exercise.

I think for adidas, the Nite Jogger is a great option. You might even be able to find ultra boost 19s or 20s on sale. You’ll just have to do some hunting online. Since you mentioned pounds and not dollars, I assume you’re not in the US, so I can’t really answer the question as to where you should look, unfortunately. For Nike, the Roche is still a great sneaker, and you can probably find some air max 90s in that price range as well. That’s one of my all time favorite sneakers.

19 and 20 are very similar, so either of those will be good. The older versions (1-4 or sometimes referred to as “DNA”), look better IMO, but I think the 19 and 20 are slightly more comfortable. You’ll be more than happy with any version.

Is the performance the same as the UltraBoost released in 2015?

I don’t have the 2015 pair, but from everything I can find, they’re identical. The only way you would know which pair it was would be the dates in the size tag. Everything else should be exactly the same.
