The actual Ark was rediscovered directly under ground where Jesus was crucified at Golgotha in Jeremiah’s grotto (cave). It was found by Ron Wyatt and communicated to the Jewish antiquities. The Jewish leadership probably has since then moved it to a new secure location. When the Roman Centurion pierced Jesus his blood ran down the cross into the ground through a crack in the rocks and physically dripped onto the mercy seat of the Ark of the Covenant. I believe that is why scripture says as Jesus died “the rocks became rent” (cracked) after an earthquake. Thus Jesus representing the spotless lamb and his blood being sprinkled onto the mercy seat forgiving us of our sins. Before the new covenant The Jewish priest would need to sprinkle the blood of an innocent lamb into the mercy seat once a year for the forgiveness of sins for the Jewish people.

@@CarReadySmokeBrake The Ark is not one and the same as the law. Otherwise, Jeremiah 3:15-18 is in error. Jesus fulfilled the law and made a way that we no longer atone for sin by sacrificing animals. He fully paid for our sin....the cleansing that came by the blood of animals only worked for a year and then they had to do it all over again. The Ark was practically done away with because it represented the old covenant of keeping the law to be saved and animal sacrifice. We are now under a new covenant with better promises. That's why the Ark is not part of our salvation requirement anymore. It is by faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus is our mercy seat! And we have this treasure in earthen vessels. He is our focus, not the Ark.

I don't know this as fact. (obviously) Ron Wyatt claims to have discovered the Arc of the Covenant decades ago. He claimed that he turned it over to the Jewish authorities. He found an ancient trash heap that he called Jeremiahs grotto. After excavating the grotto, he located a stone box that was hiding/protecting the Arc. Christ has already rebuilt the final temple when he said "Destroy this temple, and in 3 days I will raise it up." John 2:19 Paul - "Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?" - 1 Corinthians 3:16 Paul - "do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God" - 1 Corinthians 6:19 Christ - (leaving the temple) "I leave this house desolate" "One stone will not lie on another". This is sad! Modern day dispensationalism has put blinders on anyone trying to understand the bible. I know, I was a premillennial dispensational for about 25 years. Then I started letting the bible speak for and define itself. Christ fulfilled the role and reason for the old temple. The final and latter temple spoken of was always pointing to Christ's sacrifice and the holy spirit dwelling within every believer. Not a building. Sad so many Christians don't understand clear words from the bible, and just take someone else's wild interpretation that didn't even exist until the late 1800's and popular in the 1930's. I trust the authors of the bible and first century Christians over modern day heretics like John Nelson Darby and Scofield.

A covenant is an agreement, but there were other covenants made to each other to, the “ark” is really a arc, of sorts, or spark ⚡️ of thought between 2 or more people, as in a promise.
