@@AustinRutherfordI hope so I’m 21 and looking into getting into it next year It’s scary cause some people think market crash due to propped market Others say we are crazy as interest goes down there’s more demand and supply is low so it would Jack prices up Cause people locked in at 3% on average People alot of jobs being lost and if they blow through savings that inflated house is going out the window first so idk man

I bought my first rental this year January 17. I was all in at 82,000 it just appraised at 99,500. I found a great deal on my next one and I mean a great deal I’m going to get 70,000 out of it and keep going.
