Is the Cabaeu Neck Pillow Any Good?

I gave the Cabaeu neck pillow a try. It features a way to keep your neck vertical rather by strapping the pillow to the back headrest. Without the headrest in some situations it may not be able to do this but can still offer very good neck support. I find the sharp cut of the foam near the neck area to be very necessary to provide enough padding for good support. Certainly one of the more comfortable neck pillows out there. However, this doesn't work well for seats in the vertical position where you might find yourself dozing off with your head going forward.

Trtl (normal), it's smaller and more packable. But Cabaeu you don't have to worry about which way your head falls. I still pick trtl though.

That chair strap looks useless in any modern airplane that has screens in the chairs...

True for seats that doesn't have a protruding head rest. For those, you wrap the straps around that and they wont every cross the screen behind.
