Is the CCR Cave course really needed?

What skills are on the CCR cave crossover course? Among others:
blind bailout exit, rescue workshop, internal/external boom drills....
If you really want to take a CCR into overhead environment there is quite a few things you need to think about first. The main objective of the course is to learn CCR survival skills in the overhead environment, and to highlight the differences from the regular OC overhead skillset.
This video contains some of the needed skills, and are shot in a real training situation.
