You have to recongnise that POWER DRAW from the AC plug is not the same thing as the POWER EQUIVALENT EMITED LIGHT (quantity of lumens/lux) with a classic incandescent light bulb. One thing you missed: a f-stop reader. Anyway, good video

Thanks, but I don't quite understand where is it coming from. I've got and use sekonic on a daily basis and I know different efficiency ratios for different light sources. Where exactly should I use the reader? It is impossible to have light output higher than the draw and wattage on LED is measured as a power draw, not light emitted.

Very good content. So, can you recommend one light at least on a budget? Say USD 100 - 150? Thanks! I really need it!

Thanks. 100-150$ unfortunately is too low for decent lamp with good output. The cheapest that I'd go is Nanalite FS series (fs-300 being the best value). Even Yongnuo Ynlux100 (that i do not recommend, but is way better than lamps from the video) cost 150+. In that price range I'd look for something used. Some old godox sl series - they can be found cheap and fairly reliable. Still not a good lamps, but at least reliable.
