This bubble has been " reportedly about to burst " since 2000.....West keeps saying dubai is a bubble ( I very well know you guys are from UK but I'm sure you will agree ) Dubai has outsmarted every expert at every corner .

Dubai is not in a bubble especially with Singapore just putting a 60% stamp duty wealthy Chinese shoud now pick Dubai also with the recent la mansion tax Dubai will be fine . London will always be London but you guys are on there toes great video
