Actually this time I visited the villa projects, the outside amenities are excellent but to my surprise quality of house building was very bad. Interior design, the flooring, the doors and woodwork is extremely low quality. Dubai government should surely set guidelines for the quality of the building. This time Dubai trip was disappointing, seems overcrowded and too much exploited..

Look I usually advice that have some saving with you before you start because even if you sell something in your first month sometimes till you get paid can take time. But if you’re confident then you can always take a bit of risk and try

Russian speaking Agents are mostly successful beacuse of Language but some are exceptional they close with all nationality. Language is a major advantage in Dubai Real estate. Some Russian companies knew that there is conflict between Russia and Ukrain and they took advantage of it and made huge money

Not everyone is capable of handling difficult financial situations hence if someone asks for advice we always advice to start with some savings as real estate agents don’t have a salary.

Based on our experience we advise the newcomers to keep an expense of at least 6 months into their pockets before they join real estate. Since the market is bullish these days many people make money even before than 6 months. but still its better to have some savings to keep their skin saved and keep their motivation level high.
