Heck knowing if anyone even played this game was hard enough I was doing a fnaf fan games gameplay watch marathon but when I was gonna start on The Final Nights series full playthroughs theres hardly anything i had to search for hours till i found someone who even actually played the game thru since they were mostly the demo build so that was so hard to find

I remember watching youtubers playing this fondly, great walk down memory lane! Also, have you heard of a fan game called “Phobia: The Awakening”? It’s similar to tubbyland and fnaw in that it uses an irl kid friendly ip, this time being the wiggles. It might sound a bit dumb, but I really like it!

I recommend you play the fangame Tyke & Sons Lumber Co. Its a different fangame that has great designs and it's probably the best FNaF 4-based gameplay.

in my opinion: 1) bad but obviously his first game so its ok i guess maybe. the first bit is annoying and the free roam bit i didnt get at all so i quit. 2) good for watching someone else play but i didnt really enjoy it 3) scary as hell. confusing. but i like it 4) ive watched markipliers 2.5 hour video on it 4 times now so that says something

I'm gonna make a comment before I start this video, I remember watching the final nights series YEARS ago and I'm surprised that this is the first retrospective for the series, though at the same time I'm not since final nights kind of just vanished and was pretty much forgotten after awhile. This retrospective is probably gonna go two ways. 1. The series is actually really bad and it's only pure nostalgia that made us think it was great. OR 2. The series is still pretty good and was justifiable to like final nights. Edit: Finished watching the video, and as expected option 1 is the way this series went and is really bad (with the exception of 4 which I find to be ironic)

From the classic 5 games, in my opinion: 1. Fnaf 4- actually scary, uncanny ambient and unusual setting that works 2. Fnaf 1- repetetive but holds up in my opinion 3. Fnaf 3- can be a bit too easy at times but a really solid location and gameplay loop, losing Springtrap off the sight can be crucial 4. Sister Location- Bad normal gameplay, really good custom nights, the location feels too futuristic looking on previous games (sounds weird) 5. Fnaf 2- too much, either too hard or boring, you just use 1 camera.

I personally like this series and i like the changed lore a little bit, in the first game i really like the Brother (The puppet) minigame, but the rest of the game is boring honestly. Second game is more interesting but yeah it's the same lore as in fnaf and only the gameplay is different, though Shadow night is kinda cool. Final Nights 3 is my favourite, i really like the atmosphere and the character designs, night 5 was cool, i wasn't expecting to see shadow bonnie. FN 4 is the best one in the series and i just love it, and especially it's ost, but the ending felt incomplete. Unless they changed the lore, PuppetMaster doesn't look like the brother, unless this is his redesign version, Shadow Bonnie who is main protagonist's sister from FN3 is still Shadow Bonnie after being crushed by Circus Baby, and we don't even know what happened to Henry who was trapped in the Fredbear costume, or how Henry even died if the hallucinations weren't real. Final Nights Redux sadly was cancelled but from the looks of the demo, it looks a lot better than the first game already.

FNaF 1 had the best atmosphere and horror of the entire series. You didn't have hi-tech robots staring at you in the face, you didn't have fanged robots with random tears and piercings all over their bodies, you weren't in some electropunk underground facility- you had lifeless machines that just... stood there. Eerily. Lifeless robots, moving from place to place in the building, but never while you were looking. You were just a simple employee working the nightshift, and suddenly Bonnie was in the dining room, standing up perfectly straight without any sort of posing, staring blankly ahead without a shred of emotion on his robotic face. FNaF 2 was bad, but did so many good things for the series in the long term story-wise. FNaF 3 had a really good premise, and... acceptable execution (you may be the first person I've ever seen call FNaF 3 "easy" lmao). FNaF 4 had frustrating mechanics that were hard to get used to and blew your eardrums out if you messed up at all, uninteresting designs (though that part is pretty subjective admittedly) and had such a horrendous story that could only possibly make sense if Scott was planning to make Dream Theory canon, which he definitely wanted to if his hints during *that* GT livestream were any indication. At least it's not as irredeemably horrible as Sister Location, I could make a damn essay about that game.

Nope. FNAF 2: we all agree sucks, story AND gameplay wise. FNAF 3: I mean you can just spam Springtrap in cam 12 and win every night. He's the ONLY robot who can kill you. But it had amazing story. FNAF 4: I will say this, when I said it mastered gameplay, and horror? I may have been too generous, gameplay wise anyway. The game, like FNAF 1, gets kinda repetitive. But it at least changed things up with nightmare fredbear, and nightmare. FNAF SL: happened. So yes, I still mean what I said about FNAF 4 being the best one, but I meant horror wise. Gameplay wise? Nope. And story wise? Eh.(*)

In my opinion, the games go like this: Final Nights 1: Really bad game, but the atmosphere of Fredbear's is kinda nice. Final Nights 2: Decent game, but didn't age so well due to today's fnaf fangames standards. Final Nights 3: Good game, but the sleeping mechanic is the worst, but just like FN 2, it didn't age so well. Final Nights 4: 10/10 game. Great gameplay, great lore, great ambience, lots of content, a big museum and a great soundtrack. Final Nights Redux was cancelled, but looked promising.
