Interesting, i tend to stand close to the ball , how long are the rods? Looks like i would hit myself

Great question! The short rod is about 1.75 inches, the medium rod just under 4 inches, and the long rod is about 7.75 inches. Since it's helping you turn the clubface over on your backswing, you shouldn't have any issue with hitting your thigh. Plus, with the long rod, you're only taking half swings (waist-high). How long is the long rod?

Hi Paul, the long rod is about 7.5", and with the ball attached it's close to 9".
