If you use the stock Halosun screws they interfere with the extractor. You will need to grind them down to 8mm.

My 43x has been as flawless as any other Glock I’ve ever owned. I run the palmetto mags and I haven’t had any issues with them.

Go with shield arms S15 mags. No issues, 500 plus rds. 43x is awesome. No optic big dot bright front sight. 15rds plus one ,its a skinny G19.

I run a stock 43Xmos as my EDC. No optic,no light, stock mags,no problems. 3,000 Rounds and not one jam. Being in the state of New Jermany ……we are allowed 10 round mags. I like the compactness of it. I carry IWB appendix and I forget it’s there. All my buddies are switching over from G19s to the 43x. With regards to your gun jamming, Did you check to see if your extractor is functioning properly?

Hey man I appreciate the comment! Ya I did check the extractor it seems to be fine. I think it was mag related or ammo. I agree it is super comfy to conceal but I’m still thinking of switching to the 19 for the consistency and usability. 🤙

Don’t get me wrong, the 43x can be good but when you consider getting a sig macro that carries 17 rounds and is the same exact size it’s hard to justify the 43x 🤙

I did check that and it wasn’t the issue. But I will say recently I haven’t been having issues since using the PSA mags. So I think it was mag related.

My 43 mos works great even when i limp wrist it sometimes. My 19x mos malfunction almost every shot the first 2 times i used it with 115 grain bullets, 124 no problem, now its fine with 115, i think the recoil spring broke in and i now have a better grip too.

Solid review! I have a 43X and I use the shield magazines. My first 3 pack of magazines were out of tolerance and Shield Arms quickly replaced them under warranty. Over 500 rounds later, I haven’t had a malfunction and my Glock 43X is in my carry rotation.

Instead of carrying a Glock 19 I’d rather carry the Glock 45 with a plus 5 mag extension… but my g43x has been good to me with the psa dagger mags the shield arms with plus 5 we’re trash to me jam every 2 rounds I threw them away

Try changing your spring-loaded bearing to the non round indicator. That should work. Let me know.

Did you shoot it without the optic and have issues? A lot of people use a screw that is too long and it can cause those jamming issues.

Yes I did. I have narrowed it down to being an issue with one of the stock mags

PSA mags were junk for me. You might check your ejection side optic screw. If it’s too long it can interfere with the extractor and cause issues

Yes. The shield plus with the 13-round mag is basically the exact same dimensions, but it’s less snappy

The stock trigger physically hurts my finger when shooting. It’s the only Glock to do that.

I didn’t know at the time of this video. I am 99% sure it was one of the two stock mags I had. PSA mags haven’t jammed since I got them.

@@Beyond_Tactical you can’t compare it to any model Glock. It’s not been in production long enough. We shoot the 17 and 19 for work and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust the 43x with my life if they said we’re switching to the 43x exclusively.
