@@_EightySixYeah man I recommend. One of the things I have learned from just watching other videos since buying the g43x is that it’s fairly snappy compared to most. One benefit of that is that im used to it now so any other gun feels pretty smooth. I love it though .

I’ve gone back to this video multiple times comparing to other builds and your just stands out the most to me! It’s so simple yet so damn clean. I ordered a few parts in the past couple days only 1 internal which is an edge connector by ghost. Picked up the trigger as well and some other pieces you recommended! Grew up playing hockey so I totally get the goon tape thing. Can buy 1.5 inch with cloth hockey tape however I like that Goon is pro 2A. However I feel like you’d dig this instead. Brand: Renfrew Non stretch hockey grip tape. Obviously comes in black. It’s far and above the cloth feel of the goon tape in my opinion. Much rougher sticky feel. Think you might dig it brother!

I’ve been using the Strike Industries Micro Circle Comp which I find works well. It takes the edge off and also fits in the T1C holster configured for a threaded barrel.

You have to get the Tanto plus one base plate from Empire. The reason is if you get a double feed, with the Katana there is no way to strip the mag. The Tanto, gives you just enough grip to quickly strip the mag. I only use OEM mags, but I learned this through a police academy class.

I just can’t use the ulti clips. Not sure if I messed something up when I was trying to adjust the height or what. They don’t just don’t fit flush when I use them. Then when I use the plastic clips it conceals perfectly.

I just warmed the back of my holster with a hair dryer until it was a bit malleable and then put the gun with wing in, perfect!

I really like your build. Looks "quality." Your comment about using "Glock guts" is spot-on. I do have one question: Does the H.A. Compensator make a noticeable difference? If "yes," how, specifically? Really good video, but I guess I'm gonna have to swap out my "Death Whisperer" ammo.😂 I say that in jest; I would NEVER do that (career L E man). “If you’re gonna put all that stuff on a small gun, it’s the same size as a big gun/why not build a full size gun.” I hear this all the time but I think people underestimate the width and weight advantage of one of these little guns. My Micro Dagger C-1 with a TLR-7, Black Steel folding gas pedal, grit grips magwell, Holosun EPS carry, extended slide stop, and a polydat complete trigger kit weighs less than an ounce more than a bare, bone stock Glock 19. Plus it fits in an eberlestock bando bag. Not the XL, the small one. Talk about an awesome package.

Had to send in my gen 3 mags for the second time, they claimed the MOS model is different from the base G43. Currently waiting for new mags modified to sit slightly higher from shield arms. lmfao wish glock made a 15 round mag for this gun.

Comparing the eps fullsize vs the x pro enclosed, eps has more features such as lockout and also a larger window, the downside is cost, x pro enclosed is more expensive with less features and the sig pro version of the dpp footprint isn’t the same as the dpp footprint and requires hand fitting.

Anyone else had issues with failure to feed with the EPS carry and this gun? Holosun ended up sending me different screws due to the issue. I have yet to shoot it again with the new screws but before, my 43x would jam.

It’s because the right screw is too long and is interfering with the extractor. I filed the screw down to fix the issue.

I think thats fine as long as its the same material as what glock uses. but also that is an extremely important piece that holds your entire upper assembly together so be very picky with who you go with.

How does the Glock 43 truly compare to the Glock 19? Been wanting a Glock 43x MOS as my first firearm purchase/conceal carry but everyone shits on it. Arguing about limited capacity and shooting proficiency. Limited capacity could be addressed by upgrading mags and or additional mags. As far as proficiency. The likelihood of you needing to be effective over a longer distance isn’t very realistic in a self defense situation. Your thoughts?

If I had to start over again... personally I would go with the Glock 43x first. Glock 19 is great but not as easily concealable or comfortable for everyday carry as many claim especially when you add a red dot and light. 43x does very well with concealed carry even with red dot and light. Plus you can pick between shield or palmettos 15 round mags which is the main selling point for me. Go to a range and rent a Glock 19 and 43x and compare them. I do also have the ported arc slide on the 43x and stippled grip which definitely help with the recoil and proficiency for the 43x. (Look at his ARC Glock 43x build video, its exactly what I carry.)

However if I can go 500+ rounds without having any malfunctions, that’s makes me feel confident in a modification enough to carry. Although my 43x does have the arc slide, I kept all of the internals factory, including trigger and spring.

I have a Glock 43x mos and I love it. I’ve shot 600 rounds off it and no jam. It conceals nice. It’s a great over all gun with a ton of aftermarket options available. I would recommend it.

Hey man great video - just curious what you think about the Hellcat Pro (with and without integrated comp)! I have the non-MOS G43x and I personally do not want to pay for all the upgrades such as RMR cut and 3rd party 15 rnd mags, etc. The Hellcat Pro has everything Im looking for while factory and they're doing a Gear Up promo currently that includes 5 extra mags, a range bag, and a Veridian Red dot sight. Not to mention it's standard 15 rounds or even 17 round included mag while being the same size as the 43x. Curious what you think.

Cutting a hole for the comp...and leaving the comp exposed??? That there is a recipe for burning something sensitive. Perhaps look at the G48 MOS holster; might get you the length you need without exposing a hot comp to sensitive skin 😬
