A Loopy problem: Yes, AI may remove a big chunk of noob/average quality programmers, but make great programmers even more productive. But if small programmers don't get enough chances in the industry, won't it lead to a shortage of great programmers in future?

Surely including programming to other disciplines is a nice idea and seems to be genuine one aswell, I see lots of foreign youtubers doing mechanical work, 3d printing, programming to glue all of it together to build something meaningful but let's look at other way around for someone working in software mixing other domains like chemistry, civil will be just over burden and dilute the interest to have a deeper understanding and operate on that level.

Podcasts are too bottom-up and low RoI on listener's time. Perhaps add a summary section upfront (top-down communication)

Discussion feels too naive and lacking perspectives. llms capabilities are compounding and they can easily take over so called problem solving in a few months time.. They can learn anything digitally and excel better than 99% of digital workers.. I think this is similar to the last century robotic automation of automobile factories leading to 100x reduction in the workforce with 100x productivity and delivery quality spike. . .Digital IT factories are getting automated now and may lead to the same workforce shift and new tools and 100x productivity.

I've listened to three podcasts from "The Ken" till now and I must say every time they surprise me with more dumber and stupid stuff. Simply the worst

My second one. Just as stupid as the first one. Will soon do "don't recommend the channel," Not that people are not smart. But the premise itself is stupid.
