If I remember correctly Brakus was a Halloween fusion. He was released the same year Jack, Madam, and Monster were released. His fusion came after Jack and was called and EXTREME FUSION. It was very hard and short fusion. They never did that again.

Correct. I think even the whales had a tough time in completing that fusion so i guess the ROI (fortunately) wasn't good enough to do more hard, short fusions. Not doing them also slows down on champion bloat.

Morrigaine is actually solid in many areas. I use her against the Dark Fae and quite often in Sintranos for speed lead and crowd control. Also: A badass hellhound would be a great Halloween fusion (and also a nice addon for the Packmaster)

If they're amazing, they'll just Nerf them after you spent all your resources on getting the hero, or the hero will be horrible and they'll give them four buffs before the hero is actually usable. Well, there are amazing fusions not getting nurfed, just cause a champion was broken and not intended to do what he did, that doesn't make it unfair. Did Plarium did bad and should not have released Wixwell in the way he was- sure, their bad. But I was all for Wixwell nurf well deserved, the game is better this way.

I thought Morrigaine and Timit were both good at release, and people have proven that with Timit in arena (I think Morrigaine is still underrated). I feel like your lens through which you view some of these legendaries is skewed too much by your own roster of champions. Vlad decrease defense and block active skills hits hard on many waves. I often use vlad if have to choose cursed city lawn mower. Other one similar lawn mower is mythic Toshiro. I am happy that fused Vlad back then.

Just a Morrigaine note. She was dunked on so hard I just fused her and forgot her. Then I couldn't finish Undead Hordes FW, and put her in at 50, and she stopped the red boss dead in his tracks. Fantastic for that version of the red boss.

Morrigaine was an instant yes for me and I haven't regretted it once. I wanted her heal reduction to get me past the annoying siphi doom tower waves because at the time, I wasn't able to out damage their healing. The A2 buff steal and true fear is also SO good. I ended up pulling Fortus when he came out and I was very annoyed about it, but these two make a great pairing and now they just auto every floor in doom tower. I haven't had to intervene in a floor in a long time. She supplements my Arbiter in arena to push back the enemy TM to give my damage dealer the change to go first. She was really a game changer for me.

I got Timit on one of my referral accounts. He did a decent job of helping me get to lvl 50. Finally finished all 6 and got Cronham's skin. It's a relief to have that finally done! Brakkus was a fusion after Jack the harvest. It was a short 7 day fusion and they called it “extreme fusion”, not many went for it

Brakkus was a fusion right after the Halloween fusion. It was the worst fusion because you had to farm the dungeons to get the rare champions to do the fusion. Everyone complained because the rares did drop. I remember spending 5k energy in one dungeon and not getting the rare.

I joined the game specifically because of the ads promoting Harvest Jack. I didn’t pull him until nearly 2 years later but he’s probably my favorite champ visually. I went for Morrigaine because I didn’t have many TM control champs so she was a good option for me. I now use her on all bosses that need healing controlled, and you’re right, she makes Amius hard a piece of cake.

We had the same discussion in our clan. It is kind of funny, that one always believes that the Halloween Fusion were mighty good. As much as I would like to see a mythical champ in the mix, I do not think that Plarium would use the goals in points as for a legendary champ. And I would really hate to see dungeon divers with a goal f.e. of 12500 points for a shard.

Sadly Plarium did very nasty with us during Halloween period. Except from EPICS (which all of them were great), the Legendary quality is just atrocious. One of the best times of the year turned into a fiasco that makes me sad every time I try to think about it. The horror is actually their kits, which have no use. I hope this year is different...

I'm not sure if Hades didn't have any problem with fast, tanky Wythirs in arena back when Morrigane came out or if he just forgot them, but they were very common and Morrigaine was invaluable for me in countering Wythir teams, and has consistently been in my fast arena teams with Arbiter as a second turn meter booster. The unremovable block heal is also very good against Duchess, Siphi, Elva, Pythion and of course Nether Spider, once Doomtower came out. Disagree that she was a weak fusion, even when she came out, and her value has only increased since then.

I remember some CC (honestly not sure which one) saying Halloween fusions were pretty good and I looked back on your website and was thinking which one? This might have been last year. I was thinking every one I own is in the vault never built. Let's hope they change the trend, otherwise I might be saving resources till Christmas. Thanksgiving fusions have been worse than Halloween fusions and Christmas fusions have only been slightly better. Damn looking back most end of year holiday fusions have been dreadful.

Mythic Halloween fusion will just piss people off, it will be very hard to complete cause let's be real they will increase every milestone compared to lego fusions and people are already low on resources after the whole asguard event, best we can hope is an elegaius level fusion so we can be ready for Christmas fusion.

I expect they do a mythical fusion for Xmas, cant see them doing one before then unless they are trying to undo the damage of the hydra buff and nerfs. I have picked up 2 or 5 halloween fusions. Two things usually occur-fusion fatigue and weak kits. Because of the hydra debacle I'm struggle with interest in the game right now. My morale is very low and I'm planning to skip the halloween fusion unless they are just OP. Raid has killed my morale in a bad way which has really decreased my interest.

There is no "due". Plarium chooses to make a champ good or not. Make the case to Plarium that a Halloween fusion should be high quality, and how it benefits them. Wishing won't make it happen.
